Slacker
Yeah, I know it. I suck at blogging lately. I just kinda lost interest a little I guess. I'm so bad that way with hobbies. Like when I went on a bow making craze and thought it was my new calling to make everyone bows and then got tired of it a few weeks later. Or how about when I started doing murals and lost interest after 3. Well, I had a good reason for that one, I had a baby (Ava). I would still like to do that, but just don't know where to start! Or if I even have time to take on that big of a project... advertising and all. Maybe someday. Well, I know I shouldn't look at bloging as just a hobby, but I'm tired of it all the same. What can I do to get excited about it again? Somebody help me!!

I am so there with you.I feel like I was spending too much time in a virtual world and not in the real world with my kiddos- where I am supposed to be. I haven't even looked at anyones pages in weeks. It goes in phases I guess, but then I remember people out of town want to see what we are up to so I try to come up with a tidbit or two. : )
i suggest looking into the blog nieniedialogues.blogspot.com (if you haven't already anyway. and even if you have, i think it's worth looking at again). i thought it was so inspirational as to how to use a blog - it goes right along with what the church leaders have said (using it to share your beliefs) and it's just so creative! let me know what you think.
Do it for me Kara! haha, but seriously it is fun to see what you've been up to and feel more connected to you. Don't feel like you have to do it all the time or spend a lot of time doing it. It just helps me feel so much more connected to my family and friends.
I like blogging but do get tired and don't want to post all the time. But, when I do get the bug, I post a lot. I love looking back and reading it if only for myself. I get invigorated everytime I "catch up" and love it. I just think about wanting to have all of these memories to look back on when the kids are grown. I love memories! I also agree with Eliza, it makes you feel connected with others so you know somewhat is going on with them. It is so hard to keep up personally with everyone so blogging is great to do that. Don't give up! I know you will regret it later. :)
Sure... get me hooked and then bail! Ha Ha! I don't really know what to tell you other than I love reading about your family. :)
I spend all of my night time (after the girls are in bed) online it seems!! For me, I see the things that the girls do that make me laugh and snap a picture so I can blog it! Honestly, my blog is for me . . . I record a lot of things that I wouldn't otherwise! Maybe just look at it like that!! Someday I am going to print out all of my posts and make a book with them!! (NOT TODAY!!)
I totally hear you about starting something and then loosing interest!! That's the story of my life!! :)
