
Well, I started working out at the gym last week. I have really enjoyed it even though I have gotten so sore! I just kept thinking it would get better, so I would come back for more and push myself even harder, loving it as I'm working out, hating myself the rest of the day. I started feeling addicted to working out, hoping the pain and fatigue would go away. Well, I am so over being addicted. I am impatient with my pain. Chris told me to give it 2 weeks. So I'm giving it 2 weeks. Then what you may ask? Oh, I'll probably just push myself harder and say 2 more weeks.

i want to start working out too but i think id give up at the two week mark :)
Don't give up!! I feel your pain though! I started walking a few weeks ago (I walk about an hour a day!), then I slowly added in exercise at home, now I'm adding in the healthy eating part! I feel so much better (and my clothes are fitting me finally!)! I was sore after my first workout, but I waited a day or two & then did 1/2 the workout again! It wasn't as bad! I can definately feel the difference when I miss my morning walk! :)

good job kara! i really need to workout too. i can only do it for a couple of weeks and then i stop going. i'm never consistent unless i'm playing sports on a regular basis. keep it up!

good job! you should take a cycling class. those really kick your butt, but are worth it!
